Strategic reports 

NAILSMA has held two strategic workshops to determine its direction. The first, a scene-setting workshop was held at the Holiday Inn, Darwin on 25–26 May 2004. A PDF of the workshop report can be downloaded at right.

The aims of this workshop were to determine the scope of NAILSMA and the governance appropriate to the Alliance.

A second strategic planning workshop was held for NAILSMA in Darwin on 8–9 March 2006. The aim of the workshop was to explore ways to plan, risk manage and consolidate NAILSMA as a growing organisation. Download the workshop report at right.
