Time and Tide in the Crocodile Islands Video

The Crocodile Islands Rangers began formal operations in 2010 to protect their seas, sacred sites and natural resources as has been done informally for thousands of years. In just under 10,000 km² they manage 250 km² of registered sacred sites in the sea.

The rangers care for the breeding and nesting sites of many rare and endangered species, cultural heritage sites and the cultural, linguistic and biodiversity values enshrined
