Personal
Janely is of Malaysian and Chinese descent. She came to
Australia from Sabah in Malaysia in 1989 and has been residing in
Darwin ever since. Janely is a mother of three and enjoys being
involved in community work with her local Chinese church.
Professional
Janely has 30 years experience in finance. She has completed a
Diploma in Accounting (London Chambers of Commerce and Industry)
and has undertaken various professionally related short courses in
Darwin. Janely recently transferred to NAILSMA from the Tropical Savannas Cooperative Research
Centre after more than five years of work experience.
Project
Janely Seah joined NAILSMA in July 2008 as the Financial
Officer. She is responsible for all the financial requirements of
NAILSMA in its Darwin office. Specifically, Janely provides
relevant support and information on financial matters to the
Executive of NAILSMA and its Board of Management, Associated
Committees, the Operations Manager and the NAILSMA projects
team.
